Role Summary
A full-time, senior-level HR Coordinator responsible for documentation and process management, focusing on documenting reports and system processes. The successful candidate will work autonomously, with a focus on attention to detail, and provide critical thinking with minimal oversight from management.

What You'll Do

  • Support, maintain, and configure UKG Pro.
  • Troubleshooting, data validation, reporting, and assisting with upgrades and configuration changes.
  • Document business processes and prepare detailed process reports.
  • Maintain and update documentation for internal systems, especially reports generated via UKG.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer by keeping comprehensive records.
  • Work closely with the team lead (Corritta) to support dynamic business needs.
