The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-versed in multi-country HR operations. Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits). Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR process improvements and compliance.
