The Job

  • Maintains compliance with national and state regulations concerning employment, keeps abreast of changes in HR law to continue to maintain compliance
  • Administers and monitors the performance evaluation/review program and revises as necessary. Assists the managers/ supervisors on employee’s performance matters, employee relations counseling, disciplinary issues, grievances and others
