Overview
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary/payroll administration, training and development, industrial relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other HR related matter. To assist in overseeing all matters relating to office management to ensure effective utilization of the resources. To assist in the review and implementation of the systems and processes of the department. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly / annual evaluation). Conduct orientation for new join. To handle and develop process of recruitment and selection. To prepare reports as directed by immediate superior for management review and decision making.
