Senior HR Executive

HR - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for hiring

This multinational company specialises in civil engineering, building construction, architectural design, andconstruction management.

Your new role

As Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing operational aspects of HR (payroll, recruitment, employee relations, C&B) with a heavy emphasis on operating end to end payroll.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :-

  • Providing
    comprehensive HR support, including payroll, recruitment, performance
    management, training and employee relations.

  • To assist
    the overall processes of staff recruitment, such as new staff onboarding
    briefing on the company’s administrative procedures and policies.

  • To prepare
    HR related documents such as employment contract, training registration,
    transfer, confirmation, termination and etc.

  • To handle
    insurance scheme & proposal, coverage, claims & settlement and monthly
    reports for all employees.

  • To process
    payroll registration, such as new staff data key in, ESS setup and etc.

  • To process
    monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Maintain accurate
    payroll and employee records, including salary and benefits.

  • Prepare
    payroll files for both internal and external audits.

  • To prepare
    and process the submission of statutory contribution, such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO
    as well as yearly income tax submission.

  • To handle
    employee grievances and discipline issue.

  • To assist
    in the development and implementation of an effective and efficient Human
    Resource Management.

  • To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company management system

  • To
    undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the
    superior.

  • What you'll need to succeed

  • Possess a
    Diploma or Degree in the field of Human Resource Management/ Business
    Administration or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6
    years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the construction
    industry.

  • Strong
    knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and employment regulations.

  • Excellent
    interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective
    relationships at all levels.

  • Good verbal
    & written English. Proficient in other language (Mandarin) is added
    advantage.

  • Meticulous,
    responsible, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently as well
    as part of a team.

  • Able to
    multitask in a fast paced work environment, meet deadlines and maintain
    organized records.

  • Flexibility
    and adaptability to handle a diverse range of HR responsibilities
