Senior HR Generalist

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will act as a key HR member, contributing to the full spectrum of HR operations while focusing on Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and reward policies.

Advise management and employees on compensation-related policies and practices.

Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

Support the annual compensation review, performance bonus, and incentive schemes.

Provide analytics and insights to management for data-driven decisions on pay and benefits.

Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR standards.
