Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will act as a key HR member, contributing to the full spectrum of HR operations while focusing on Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and reward policies.
  • Advise management and employees on compensation-related policies and practices.
  • Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support the annual compensation review, performance bonus, and incentive schemes.
  • Provide analytics and insights to management for data-driven decisions on pay and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR standards.
