Senior HR Generalist

Overview

BenchSci is on a mission to help bring new medicines to patients faster — and that requires a foundation that’s built for scale and speed. We’re strengthening the core of our HR programs and foundations, and we’re looking for a hands-on specialist who can turn complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll be the execution backbone for key HR and compensation programs. You’ll bring order to messy workflows, reduce manual friction, and help us move from “start-up scrappy” to “consistently excellent.” You’ll run programs, support compliance, and build repeatable systems that leaders can rely on — all while partnering closely with our Senior Manager of Talent Operations and VP of HR. You’ll also operate across a truly global footprint.
