🔍 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional from a medical coding or healthcare RCM background who has hands-on exposure to ramp-up hiring, specialty-based recruitment, and volume closures.
This role is not for generic HR or IT recruiters. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how medical coding hiring actually works on the ground.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for medical coding roles
- Execute ramp-up hiring during new client onboarding and expansion phases
- Handle high-volume sourcing and closures for freshers and experienced coders
- Screen candidates based on specialty, certification, and coding exposure
- Coordinate interviews with operations and delivery leaders
- Drive offer roll-outs, joining closures, and post-offer follow-ups
- Build and maintain an active medical coder talent pipeline
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, joining ratio, and ramp-up performance
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and hiring forecasts
✅ Mandatory Experience
- 2 to 5 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience
- Must have worked in a medical coding or healthcare RCM company
- Hands-on experience managing multiple ramp-ups or bulk hiring drives
- Strong understanding of coding roles and specialties

- Medical Coding Recruitment (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, E/M)
- Ramp-up & Volume Hiring
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Coordination
➕ Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of coding specialties (OPD/IPD, ED, Anesthesia, Surgery, Risk Adjustment)
- Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and databases
- Understanding of coder productivity, attrition, and hiring challenges
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment trackers
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has already “been there and done that” in medical coding hiring
- Comfortable handling pressure during ramp-up seasons
- Strong ownership, execution mindset, and communication skills
