About the Role:


A leading transportation company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, attendance monitoring, payroll administration, training coordination, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Lebanese labor laws and be adept at ensuring smooth HR operations that support our organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities:



• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding. Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and organize recruitment tests.

• Monitor and record employee attendance, leave, sickness, and absenteeism in compliance with internal policies and Lebanese Labor Law.
