As Senior HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end human resources operations, ensuring effective manpower management, compliance with UAE labor regulations, and seamless HR support to corporate and project teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with company standards and UAE labor law.
- Monitor and control overall HR operations, including payroll, leave settlements, gratuities, insurance administration, and direct manpower recruitment.
- Handle and monitor manpower planning, including direct manpower forecasting and projections using histograms and manpower classifications.
