Position : Senior HR Officer
Experience : 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in Spinning industry.
Qualification : MBA 
Location : Erode
Salary : 6LPA

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the spinning industry for both workers and staff category employees.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems.
4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for employees, focusing on technical skills and soft skills.
5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. HR Operations: Manage HR systems, including payroll, attendance, and benefits.
