We are seeking for a driven Senior HR Officer focusing on payroll functions and is ready to explore a unique opportunity and experience the dynamic operations of our company.
Responsibilities
- Processing of monthly payroll and handle payroll related matters
- Maintain and ensure that relevant BC’s attendance and leave are updated in SAP
- Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave /Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave/NS Claim
- Manage and maintain BC clocking times via 3rd party system (BDS)
- Processing and compute of WICA wages and expenses
- Answering queries relating to Payrolls matters of Bus Captain
- Involved in system enhancement and report management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma with 5 years of payroll experience
- Familiar with Statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM guidelines)
