Job Description

We are seeking for a driven Senior HR Officer focusing on payroll functions and is ready to explore a unique opportunity and experience the dynamic operations of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of monthly payroll and handle payroll related matters
  • Maintain and ensure that relevant BC’s attendance and leave are updated in SAP
  • Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave /Shared Parental Leave / Childcare Leave/NS Claim
  • Manage and maintain BC clocking times via 3rd party system (BDS)
  • Processing and compute of WICA wages and expenses
  • Answering queries relating to Payrolls matters of Bus Captain
  • Involved in system enhancement and report management
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma with 5 years of payroll experience
  • Familiar with Statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM guidelines)
