A large and well-established industrial group based in Saida – Lebanon, with active operations both locally and internationally, is currently seeking a Senior HR Officer to join its team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional looking to manage end-to-end human resources functions in a fast-paced and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:

•Payroll Administration: Handle the full payroll cycle accurately and on time.

• Attendance & Timekeeping: Manage and monitor punching machine data, attendance tracking, and resolve discrepancies.

• Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, approvals, and reports.

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a positive work environment.

• HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR records.

• Separation & Offboarding: Manage resignations, terminations, and exit interviews.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Lebanese labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector.

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, and HR best practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of organization, integrity, and confidentiality.
