Senior HR Operations Manager needed for Downtown firm
This position will manage all HR operations & processes.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
5 – 7+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-size/large law firm or a comparable professional services business. Proficiency in HRIS/HCM systems, SQL, and cloud-based HR software is required.
EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. A SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred but not required.
