A leading electric vehicle manufacturer is seeking a Sr. HR Partner in Mexico City to drive employee engagement and ensure compliance with local laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and possesses a deep understanding of labor laws in key Latin American countries. Responsibilities include advising on HR matters, implementing HR programs, and managing complex employee relations cases. This role is full-time and requires up to 50% travel within Latin America.
