The Senior HR Partner works closely with leaders and employees to drive talent management, performance, and engagement outcomes. The role ensures effective implementation of people strategies that support a positive working experience and enables a high performing organisation across the full life cycle of team members.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE

• HR Partnering : Partner with leaders through a proactive and consultative approach to co‑develop and implement people strategies that support the organisation’s goals.
• Coaching : Coach and advise managers on people matters across the team member and managerial lifecycle.
