Some of what you will do: The Senior HRBP is a strategic business partner who is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources strategies and programs that align with and support Staples as The Working and Learning Company, contribute to the HR agenda and objectives, and support the strategic and operational plans. In this temporary contract role, the Senior HRBP will partner closely with the Centres of Expertise (COEs) and HR services, and act as a dynamic, inspired partner to business leaders to identify and execute processes and initiatives for their assigned departments. They will support management and non-management associates in the areas of engagement, communication, relationship management, etc.
