Role Overview:
Join our team as a Senior HR HRBP where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the HR agenda across our Fitness Services operations. You'll work closely with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that align with our company goals across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to create workforce plans that support business priorities.
- Workforce Management: Oversee talent deployment and development across retail and backend teams.
- Employee Experience: Foster a culture of performance and inclusion, and implement tailored engagement programs.
- Employee Relations: Ensure compliance and manage employee grievances effectively.
- HR Operations & Budget: Coordinate with HR Shared Services for accurate payroll, data management and responsible for HR budget utilization and governance.
