  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee capability across all levels.
  • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop structured learning roadmaps.
  • Manage HRD Corp grants , external providers, and ensure ISO/QMS compliance for all training records.
  • Continuously improve OJT programs, training frameworks, and competency matrices.
  • Track training effectiveness and propose improvements to maximize ROI.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment — from job posting to onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and campus partnerships.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
