- Design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance employee capability across all levels.
- Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop structured learning roadmaps.
- Manage HRD Corp grants , external providers, and ensure ISO/QMS compliance for all training records.
- Continuously improve OJT programs, training frameworks, and competency matrices.
- Track training effectiveness and propose improvements to maximize ROI.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment — from job posting to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements and craft compelling job profiles.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and campus partnerships.
- Manage recruitment budgets and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
