SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
DataLEADS is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager to strengthen our HR & Administration function. This role will lead recruitment, oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and administration, and partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy and workforce planning across multiple verticals. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader with strong collaboration and execution skills, experienced in fast-growing, mission-driven organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all verticals
- Drive performance management systems and organisational culture
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and compliances
- Oversee HR systems, documentation, and data management with operational rigor
