This role will lead recruitment, oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and administration, and partner closely with leadership to drive people strategy and workforce planning across multiple verticals. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader with strong collaboration and execution skills, experienced in fast-growing, mission-driven organisations.

Design, implement, and manage HR policies, processes, and compliances

Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy
