Overview

JUST HR is recruiting for a Senior Advisor, Human Resources on behalf of a growing mining organization based in Vancouver. The company operates within a unique joint venture structure and is building out its own internal HR function for the first time. This role exists to bring hands-on HR expertise in-house. The organization is moving away from a shared-services model and needs a dedicated HR partner to support day-to-day operations, employee relations, and long-term workforce planning.
