Assists and advises department directors, supervisors, managers on employee relations issues to mitigate risks. Advises managers/supervisors on how to address performance management; explains appraisal; and, updates performance management log daily. Conducts investigations on employee grievances/complaints of retaliation, discrimination, harassment; collects facts by conducting interviews; prepares report, present findings and recommendations to the Department Director and complainant; submit position statement...
