Role Purpose
The HR Generalist exists to run disciplined, predictable HR operations and ensure standards are executed consistently across the organization.
This role is not advisory, not cultural, and not engagement led.
It is an execution role focused on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Key Outcomes of the Role
HR processes run quietly, on time, and without escalation
Managers receive clear, consistent HR support rooted in policy
Employee lifecycle events (joiners, exits, confirmations) are clean and defensible
HR data is accurate and ready for leadership review at any time
Core Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Process Execution (Primary)
Own end-to-end execution of:
Payroll coordination and validation
Attendance, leave, and comp-off governance
Onboarding and offboarding processes
Employment confirmations and amendments
Ensure HR processes follow defined SLAs and timelines
