  • Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals

  • Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards

  • Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking

  • Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
