Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals
Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards
Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking
Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs
Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
