This role represents a unique opportunity to serve as the most senior HR leader based in Europe for our Global Supply Chain, Operations & Quality organization. The Senior HR Business Partner will act as both a **strategic advisor to executive and senior leaders** and a **hands-on HR leader embedded within a critical manufacturing environment** , enabling growth, scale, and operational excellence.

The Senior HR Business Partner is a critical partner to global Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality leadership and provides senior HR leadership across:
+ A flagship manufacturing site in Switzerland
+ A manufacturing site in Germany
+ A Service & Repair Center in Germany
+ A complex, multi-country European workforce within a US-headquartered, highly regulated environment
As part of both the **HR Global Operations & Quality Leadership Team** and the **HR International Leadership Team** , this leader will help define and execute people strategies that support operational performance, organizational transformation, and long-term capability building.
**Key Responsibilities**
Strategic HR Partnership & Leadership
+ Act as the primary HR thought partner to senior and executive leaders within Global Supply Chain, Operations & Quality.
+ Influence business strategy through deep understanding of operational priorities, manufacturing excellence, quality systems, and global supply chain dynamics.
+ Drive alignment between global business strategy, regional execution, and country-specific people practices.
+ Serve as the most senior HR escalation point in Europe for the function.
Talent & Leadership Management
+ Design and implement forward-looking talent and succession strategies to ensure a strong leadership pipeline across Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
+ Partner with the Talent Management COE to assess, develop, and grow leadership capabilities at all levels.
+ Coach senior leaders and managers through complex people, performance, and organizational challenges.
+ Identify capability gaps and sponsor targeted learning and development solutions aligned to business needs.
Organization Design & Change Management
+ Lead and advise on organizational design, workforce transformation, and operating model evolution.
+ Develop and execute change management strategies to support growth, restructuring, integration, or transformation initiatives.
+ Actively lead HR change initiatives across Europe and contribute to global HR transformation efforts.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
+ Provide expert counsel on performance management, employee relations, and workforce engagement across multiple European jurisdictions.
+ Ensure consistent application of HR policies while navigating local labor laws, unions, and works councils.
+ Partner with leaders to proactively manage risk, engagement, and productivity in both salaried and hourly populations.
Compensation, Rewards & Workforce Planning
+ Partner with Compensation COE and business leaders on job architecture, salary planning, and rewards decision-making.
+ Use market and internal data to guide equitable, competitive, and compliant compensation outcomes.
+ Lead strategic workforce planning in alignment with operational and supply chain priorities.
Talent Acquisition & Culture
+ Partner with Talent Acquisition to deliver proactive, high-quality, and diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
+ Champion a culture of inclusion across manufacturing and operations environments.
+ Build an inclusive, high-performance culture that reflects Integra's values and global footprint.
Compliance, Risk & Governance
+ Ensure full compliance with Swiss, German, EU, and international labor laws, including union and works council engagement.
+ Stay ahead of evolving regulatory and government influences impacting employment practices.
+ Partner with EHS, Legal, and Compliance to ensure best-in-class risk management.
HR Analytics & Operational Excellence
+ Leverage HR metrics and insights to drive data-based decision-making.
+ Measure the effectiveness of HR programs and continuously improve people outcomes.
+ Contribute to the evolution of HR systems, processes, and shared services maturity.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Required
+ 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR Business Partner roles in complex, international environments.
+ Strong background in organizational change, employee relations, talent management, and leadership coaching.
+ Experience working within a multinational global organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels without direct authority.
+ Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
+ Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and strategic mindset.
+ Experience working with HR systems, workforce planning tools, and payroll platforms (Workday strongly preferred).
Preferred
+ Proven experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or similar workforce-intensive organizations strongly preferred.
+ Professional fluency in German is preferred; strong working proficiency with the ability to engage in business conversations is highly valued.
+ Exposure to HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, HR Operations).
+ Experience navigating unions and works councils in Europe.
+ Prior involvement in HR transformation or shared services implementation.
