About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior leaders across a large and diverse portfolio to support business performance through effective people and labour strategies. You will play a key role in navigating an upcoming collective bargaining cycle, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting a workforce undergoing transformation. This role is well suited to someone who is strategic, decisive, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while balancing long-term labour relationships with business priorities.
