We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to support our global operations across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic organization while deepening your expertise in global human resources.
The ideal candidate will manage HR programs across the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding. They will draft employment contracts and documentation for global staff; manage benefits and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, they will serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related queries, delivering accurate and timely guidance across global teams.
- Manage HR processes and policies to ensure consistency and a positive experience for all employees.
- Generate reports and insights based on employee data, workforce trends, payroll metrics etc., which can inform business decisions effectively.
