Roles and Responsibilities

Supplement execution of HR Shared Services deliverables for your geography viz. confirmation,
background verification, transfers and MIS management
2 Drive performance management in your respective geography and work towards process
improvements wherever required
3 Design and drive talent management and engagement plan for your geography
4 Drive Learning and Development agendas designed; Conduct induction programmes for the
newly joined employees in the region and formulate structured on-boarding process
5 Take complete ownership of all HR interventions (to support business agenda) from strategy to
implementation
