Job Description
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing trusted, professional advice
- Proactively partner with leaders to address people-related issues, offering tailored solutions and end-to-end case management for grievances, disciplinary matters, and complex investigations
- Collaborate with managers and external stakeholders to deliver key HR strategies and cyclical activities, including performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Support the implementation of HR programs such as reward and recognition, employee development initiatives, and enterprise agreements
- Provide advice on relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies, ensuring compliance, consistency, and fairness in decision-making
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Employment and Industrial Relations legislation, with experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Highly developed coaching, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with proven experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex matters
- Confident written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and influencing capability
- Experience implementing HR/IR strategies, programs, and policies, and delivering presentations or training to managers and employees
- Optional 9-day fortnight
- Parking at site location
