Wellcall Hose (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Pusing Perak. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our human resources initiatives and driving the strategic direction of our HR function.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new talent
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management
- Coordinating and delivering employee training and development programme
- Administering compensation and benefits, including payroll, leave and benefits management
- Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
- Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing HR-related reports
