About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support the firm’s people operations during US business hours. This role is critical in ensuring consistent HR execution, compliance, and employee support in a high-standards professional services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles in the Delivery Center.
  • Execute employee lifecycle processes including hiring, transfers, and exits.
  • Validate payroll inputs and coordinate with Payroll and Finance to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, tracking, and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers during night shift operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies.
