Human Resource Generalist
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist in Finland to provide professional, confidential, and highly responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on delivering excellent HR service, maintaining compliance, and supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR needs within a global organization.
What you'll do
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and day-to-day HR matters
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee communications, HR administration, and offboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
Prepare employee letters and communications, and coordinate pre-employment screening
Partner with regional HR leadership and local Finland leadership on compliance requirements and Finland-specific initiatives
