Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a
Human Resource Generalist
in Finland to provide professional, confidential, and highly responsive HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on delivering excellent HR service, maintaining compliance, and supporting managers and employees with day-to-day HR needs within a global organization.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and day-to-day HR matters
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee communications, HR administration, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
• Prepare employee letters and communications, and coordinate pre-employment screening
• Partner with regional HR leadership and local Finland leadership on compliance requirements and Finland-specific initiatives
