Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage health, retirement, wellness, and ancillary benefit programs
  • Lead open enrollment and new hire benefits onboarding
  • Serve as SME for employee benefits inquiries and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate benefits records, audits, ACA filings, and compliance
  • Develop benefits communications, resources, and reports

Leave & Accommodations

  • Administer FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, paid and unpaid leaves
  • Partner with payroll and third-party administrators to ensure accurate tracking
  • Manage accommodation cases and return-to-work processes
  • Ensure compliant documentation, audits, and employee support

General HR Operations

  • Manage high-volume, deadline-driven work in a fast-paced environment
  • Improve benefits and leave workflows, documentation, and system processes
