Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

· Own end-to-end hiring for design, project execution, site, procurement, and corporate roles

  • Build recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring standards aligned with a premium brand
  • Manage recruitment partners and sourcing channels
  • Drive TA metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, early attrition

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage payroll, benefits, attendance, contracts, onboarding, exits, and HR documentation
  • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
  • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
  • Manage HR vendors and audits

Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with MD and functional heads on manpower planning aligned to project pipelines
  • Support on-site teams at HO and project locations
  • Coordinate with Dubai HQ on people practices and reporting

Culture & Discipline

  • Reinforce a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and accountability
  • Handle employee relations with maturity and discretion

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–12 years of HR experience with strong depth in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
  • Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, EPC, hospitality, or project-based environments
  • Prior exposure to greenfield or scaling organizations preferred
  • Hands-on, process-driven, high-ownership mindset
