Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
· Own end-to-end hiring for design, project execution, site, procurement, and corporate roles
- Build recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring standards aligned with a premium brand
- Manage recruitment partners and sourcing channels
- Drive TA metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, early attrition
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage payroll, benefits, attendance, contracts, onboarding, exits, and HR documentation
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, CLRA, etc.)
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Manage HR vendors and audits
Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with MD and functional heads on manpower planning aligned to project pipelines
- Support on-site teams at HO and project locations
- Coordinate with Dubai HQ on people practices and reporting
Culture & Discipline
- Reinforce a culture of ownership, execution excellence, and accountability
- Handle employee relations with maturity and discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–12 years of HR experience with strong depth in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, EPC, hospitality, or project-based environments
- Prior exposure to greenfield or scaling organizations preferred
- Hands-on, process-driven, high-ownership mindset
