Job Description

In supporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources and/or Regional Manager of Human Resources in executing the dedicated country’s HR directions, and implementations. In support and to attend to the respective country’s PICs operationally.

This position provides advice and assistance to employees and management team within the country of care. Managing the operations of the Human Resources spectrum and scopes, promoting and supporting best practices within the country.

In addition to the HR roles & responsibilities, the tasks do not limit to carrying out audit, and checking of Operations effectiveness and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To align and execute all Human Resources directions and strategies from Regional Office and Headquarters (HQ).
