Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager or Senior HRBP Manager with 8–10 years of progressive HR experience to lead and manage all facets of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable in HR operations, payroll management, employee relations, compliance, and talent management, and will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures
