Adecco is currently recruiting for a Senior Classification & Organizational Design Consultant for a full-time, 48-week contract based on-site in Ottawa (Nepean). This role is ideal for an experienced federal classification professional with strong expertise in organizational design, Treasury Board-compliant classification, and executive-level advisory work.
In this role, you will support organizational restructuring initiatives by analyzing classification frameworks, identifying gaps and overlaps, and developing compliant reorganization options. Success requires advanced bilingualism, extensive federal classification experience, and the ability to confidently present recommendations to senior executives.
