Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Human Systems Integrator.** This position will be located on-site in **St. Louis, MO.**
The Senior Human Systems Integrator will lead the successful organizational adoption of enterprise IT systems for an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Serve as the primary liaison between end users, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation, intuitive system use, and alignment with business outcomes.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Acting as the primary on-site interface and liaison between OEM stakeholders, user adoption teams, and MANTECH/vendor engineering staff
+ Proactively managing the escalation of technical and adoption-related issues to appropriate engineering resources
+ Coordinating cross-functional problem-solving sessions to remove user blockers and support stakeholder success
