Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 production support for complex and high-severity Icertis issues
- Perform deep root cause analysis across configurations, rules, workflows, and data models
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems
- Support and maintain Icertis data models, schema extensions, and impact analysis
- Handle data fixes, bulk updates, and corrective scripts as per platform guidelines
- Support platform upgrades, patches, regression testing, and production deployments
