Responsibilities

EOIR/Removal Defense

• Represent clients before EOIR in the master calendar and individual hearings.
• Develop and execute case strategies for removal defense, including asylum, withholding of removal, CAT claims, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and motions...
