**Senior Implementation Analyst** within our ALI Americas group. This is an on-site position based in
**Rio de Janeiro**.

- Participate in the implementation or deployment projects of the Smart 3D CAD solution.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
- Engineering or any other technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Familiar with CAD, CAE, 3D tools is a plus.
- Knowledge in Intergraph Smart® 3D is a differentiator.
