Responsibilities

• Works directly with client, providing creative solutions to customer application needs
• Provide consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization and integration with other applications.
• Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• Possesses strong communication's interpersonal skills to reinforce developing relationships with stakeholders.
• Accurately document support activities to solve problems, maintaining knowledge base updated.
• Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.
