Senior Implementation Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for pre-sales projects involving self-developed products, and assist channel partners in the implementation of these products.
Conduct site mapping before project deployment of self-developed products.
Perform on-site server deployment and commission self-developed equipment such as PS, lifts, and AMRs for project launch.
Timely document and report issues encountered during on-site implementation to the product team.
Manage the construction quality and progress of self-developed products on site.
Assist with system commissioning and provide on-site production support when necessary.
Requirements:
Familiarity with industrial robotics, project planning/schematics (CAD), operational workflows, and path planning.
Knowledge of server models and ability to determine server deployment plans, including the use of Hetu systems or RMS, single-server deployment or dual-server hot standby, and software versioning.
