Temporary Full Time. Reporting to an Assistant/Associate Manager, you will work within a team committed to providing superior, fast, accurate, and cost-effective service to our clients by responding to policy information and/or change requests and processing them. Our clients include financial security advisors, marketing assistants, customer service centers, policyholders, and internal business partners.
What You Will Do
- Process a wide variety of customer service transactions, ensuring proper authorizations are received, accurate calculations are made, and system records are updated. This includes disbursements and related accounting entries, beneficiary or ownership changes, premium payment administration, reinstatements, and possibly policy changes and confirmation of policy revisions, etc.
