Senior Indigenous Engagement & Inclusion Leader

A multinational support services organization is seeking a senior member for their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team in Perth. This role focuses on driving Indigenous Engagement & Inclusion initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include providing expert advice, leading strategic projects, and coaching senior leaders to foster an inclusive workplace. Ideal candidates will have a degree in HR, experience in DE&I and Indigenous engagement, and strong project management skills among other qualities.
