Senior Industrial Engineer

As a Senior Industrial Engineer at Boston Dynamics, you will spearhead the creation and continuous improvement of production concepts and layouts. This includes but is not limited to line design, facility layout, large-scale installed production equipment and automation, as well as capacity and labor cost modeling. As part of the Production Technology and Industrial Engineering team, every day you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead initiatives to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase overall efficiency. You will be a self-starter who can maintain focus on the big picture while managing the huge number of small details to drive consensus on a day-to-day basis and foster effective collaboration.
