Job Description
This role is responsible to manages employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict resolution. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, represents the company in labor disputes and audits, and maintains accurate IR documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
Disciplinary & Non Performance:
Manage disciplinary processes, non-performance cases, and grievances including conducting investigation, recommended appropriate actions and preparation report & present to management.
Maintain and organize records related to labor and employee cases.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve workplace conflicts fairly and professionally.
JTK and Industrial Relations Compliance:
Represent the company in labor audit, labor disputes, conciliation meetings, and industrial court.
Assist in managing employment-related permits and regulatory compliance.
